Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, we will not be able to accept your return request.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The item should not have any stains, perfume smell, damage, or signs of use.
  • A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required.

Products Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size mismatch (subject to replacement availability)
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective item
  • Missing item in the package

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following situations:

  • Return request made after 3 days of delivery
  • Used, washed, or worn products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Minor color differences due to screen/display settings
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Innerwear, accessories, or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund amount will be sent to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank account details may be required

Replacement Policy

Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


Return Shipping

In some cases, customers may need to pay return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
